What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer two shipping methods. If you are a staff member or student at Wisdom Degree College Chanan (W), you can take advantage of our local pickup option, available during college hours. Alternatively, we offer courier shipping to your specified address within Pakistan for all other customers.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we are shipping within Pakistan only.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Once your order is placed, kindly settle the payment in full. We will verify the payment details and initiate processing of your order. As our art pieces, including paintings and sketches, are crafted on a made-to-order basis, production may take a few days to complete. Following completion, your artwork will be shipped according to your selected method, either via courier or local pickup option. But the in-stock items like bracelets will be delivered instantly.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, follow these steps:

1. Select your desired products and add them to your cart.
2. Choose your preferred shipping method. If you’re a student or staff member at Wisdom Degree College Chanan (W), select the Local Pickup option. Otherwise, choose the Standard Shipping option.
3. Proceed to checkout, where you’ll make an advance payment by transferring funds online via direct bank transfer or Easypaisa wallet transfer.
4. Take a screenshot of your transaction and send it along with your Order ID to our business email or WhatsApp number.
5. After verifying your transaction, we’ll process your order and send the details to your email address.

Note: Please ensure you send the transaction screenshot and Order ID to the specified email address or WhatsApp number to avoid any delays in processing your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please be aware of the following cancellation conditions:

  • Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations are only accepted prior to the commencement of order processing. Once work begins on the artwork, cancellations cannot be made.
  • In-Stock Items: Cancellations are only accepted prior to order dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be made.

We kindly request that you carefully review your order before it proceeds to the next stage, as cancellations beyond these points cannot be accommodated.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You have the flexibility to either create an account or checkout as a guest during the checkout process. Creating an account is optional, and you can still complete your purchase without one. Simply choose the method that suits you best on the checkout page.

How Do I Track My Order?

Easily track your order status on our website’s dedicated “Track Order” page. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking code from our courier partner, allowing you to seamlessly track your order’s journey on the courier’s website tracking page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Due to their customized nature, Made-to-Order items are final sales and cannot be returned.

For In-Stock items, such as bracelets, we accept returns for exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or broken items
  • Incorrect items received due to our mistake
